Ben Amor comes from a family in the trade, and brought nine years of experience in hospitality. Olfa is a chemical engineer with a passion for cooking, and she is the one who creates the recipes.
The menu mixes classic and new dishes: toasts, eggs, shakshuka, pancakes and French toast with red berries, with fresh juices, smoothies, coffee and cocktails to go with them.
